Louise Fletcher – Operations Team

Louise Fletcher joined the Recovery First team in late September 2020 to strengthen the operations team. 

Based in Manchester, Louise brings with her 26 years of legal cashiering expertise and an extensive knowledge of costs.  Having worked for both solicitor and insolvency practices, Louise has a detailed understanding of not only the rules and regulations surrounding law firm accounts, but also the realities and practicalities of applying them.

Lou (as she is known to the team), is involved with dealing with the initial review of new projects alongside Sally, and the collection and allocation of costs recovered at conclusion.  She is also responsible for making sure that each client file is worked on in a timely manner and that no cases fall through the cracks. 

In her spare time Lou enjoys walking, spending time with friends, reading, and eating anything sweet!
