In this session Counsel, John Meehan, will address the importance of not settling your case prior to allocation.  The impact of Qader in the event that your case has not been allocated and the options available to you before settling the case if the case has been allocated to Small Claims or Fast Track.  Counsel will also address the recent case law and criteria, other than value, through which you may be able to justify allocation to the multi-track.
